Great location, a couple of minutes walk from Symphony Hall where I was playing. I booked last minute due to place previously booked trying to change terms of booking. Was happy to find availability here and couldn't have been happier with the hotel, staff and my room. Great tea selection and coffee machine - the bar staff even kindly gave me some oat milk for my coffee as I'm vegan. Comfy beds, nice overhead shower and very nice toiletries in bathroom. A highlight was the super helpful staff and the feeling that the hotel in general really do care about their guests and want to make their stay pleasant. (You can ask to borrow extra things you might have forgotten, like bathrobe, slippers etc..) Would definitely visit again!

We were on the 13th floor, and we could still hear the music from the clubs. A warning would be to other guests if you got a lower floor it will be a lot louder. The room was lovely and very comfortable. I upgraded to the larger bed, and it did not disappoint. What I personally did not enjoy was the several emails on the lead up and during my stay. It was the constant that you can upgrade for 25 pounds. If i wanted to upgrade, I would. Also, the extra 15 pounds each for breakfast was a little on the dear side. I would stay again. Staff were really friendly and helped with no problems. Great location, centre to everything.

Me and my little boy stayed in the executive suite, a beautiful spacious room with A LOT more amenities than any hotel I’ve stayed in before. We were greeted on arrival with a prosecco and lemonade for my son. Tv with YouTube, Netflix etc, free WiFi, free gym. The quality of everything in the rooms was great, even little details like a notepad and pen, coffee machine, iron and ironing board etc.

Milly

On the nicer side of Birmingham and very close to the utilitia arena (8 min walk) which was ideal for my visit. We stayed in an executive room which was fit for all our needs and very accommodating. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and clean. Check in/out process was very easy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Easy to find and easy to park. Good, friendly quick check in. Room was good size for 2 adults and 2 children. Tea/coffee facilities and TV good. Lovely view. Good shower and toiletries. Good aircon. Ideal location for Utilita arena (5 min walk). 15 min walk to town or you can get the tram. Ate dinner in the restaurant - very empty but food was fine.
